I can't say enough about how helpful the center has been to support the care of my parents. The physicians, nurses, social workers and office staff at SJNC are truly emphatic and very knowledgeable.

Everyone is amazing at the center. They treat you with respect and dignity, and go well above and beyond in treating your needs. I highly recommend them. The doctors and staff are caring and very thorough in diagnosing and treating their patients. I miss going there as I have commercial insurance now. They will all truly hold a special place in my heart forever.

Staff is empathetic and validating. From my original call I told them I am seeking diagnosis and need help and wanted a mental health evaluation. Scheduled an appointment, met a counselor I was lead to believe that it takes time to schedule an evaluation with someone who can diagnose (2/3 months) but that I could be helped 3rd visit in three weeks and only now is it clarified that they engage exclusively in talk therapy and that I will have to go elsewhere for testing (they CANNOT facilitate that care/testing) If you have nobody else to vent to and need someone to listen they are wonderful. If you need diagnosis or direct/constructive help, they will not be able to help you here (though if you are unsure of what help you need, they may be able to refer you BUT be very clear that you need something in excess or addition to talk therapy if that's what you need because they are unlikely to pick up on indirect/unclear communication

I have been utilizing St Joseph's services for over six years and they do an incredible job. The staff are truly amazing and friendly people who work very hard making sure that individuals are being properly cared for.

St. Joseph's was a life saver when I went there. I used to see Dr. Kaz, who was AMAZING and always made me feel at home and like human being. I didn't have any issues with the nurses or the receptionists and found them all to be friendly. I went to St. Joseph's when I didn't have any money and was using my Obamacare to get physicals and bloodwork. They also had a free bread basket in the reception, which was great for those that needed it. I have zero complaints about this place and think they're an amazing resource for Rochester. Thanks!
